There is no such thing as buy cheap 100% real twitter followers., why do I say so? because encouraging people to follow a person whom they don't know isn't easy. As far as I know online seller have their own ways to gather real followers for the customers and it takes so much time and effort to do such thing.
Yeah there are many sites who seems so real and they sell their products at low cost, they've been telling their customers that they guarantee this and that BUT they can't even stand on their words. So I suggest you try buying followers to a reliable site, although their products are not cheap at least (and best) to be given with a good service and at less risk.
Buying twitter followers takes so much risk but this is the fastest way to meet the given goal. But there are a lot of things to reconsider in this method like how safe your account with their service (the site where you plan to buy followers), cause you're account might be suspended because of their tactlessness way of giving their so-called "customer satisfaction guaranteed".

I know a place call seoclerk, they sell cheap follower like 25k for $5. But some are fake and some are real followers. Fake follower are cheap, where real follower are more expensive.

Can you buy it? Ok, even you can buy it, but I am sure it's against twitter's TOS. So, try get some followers in a more appropriate way.
