Thinking of making an anonymous twitter account just for fun and possibly to put out good info. Just want to pass the time and help you to as well!
I'm just not sure of how to begin, what to call it and what exactly the main focus should be. Ideas are greatly appreciated, thanks.

What would be kinda cool, is a twitter that makes nice tweets to random users almost like a random act of kindness thing!
