I really want to get a text when someone tweets something like a celebrity does any one know how to do this?

Go to Twitter account setting & add your mobile number and turn on twitter texts. Then you can get updates via texts.
Please note, This feature does not work in some country. So if it says 'Twitter txts is not available in your country' it means you can use it.
