Is there one that does not tweet on your behalf? I just want an email every day or so telling me new followers and new unfollowers /followers who aren't following me back. Oh and I don't really have cash to pay for an account somewhere. Thanks a ton!

uhh...i don't know about the manager thing, but you can find who unfollowed you in this site:
who.unfollowed.me/
and can you please post it in different category because this is 'video and online games' category.
