My account got suspended and when it recovered it was totally 0 and it is still not going moving above that no. so i tried following 1 person (my other account) and I followed? me and still no change, I had about 200-300 followers.. Where are they gone? When will they return?

There is a program on pirate bay that allows you to take people's followers if you can get there pass word one time..
I know some one using it and it looks like it works even when u change your pass word.
