i'd like to know if i made a video in youtube about the gameplay in league of legends and then put in the description the refer link to my account will that get me banned or is it legal to do that ?
so is it illegal or not ?

I believe it is legal. I mean their are people like Pewdiepie or Cry who put of advertisements on their description on Tumblrs, Twitter, their own Online Shop, etc, If that is legal, a refereal to gain some extra Points should also be legal. In it you really have to be very diligent with your videos and very informative, fiendly and funny to gain the liking of people. If you do you might just be able to get some people to join using your Refereal Link.

Nope, it is totally legal. There are thousands of players who do livestreams and record their own gameplay. It is totally normal in a gaming community.
