As avast blocked the link that means virus didnt come into my computer please tell meeeeeee some fake id from twitter sent me a link i just clicked it and avast blocked the link.is my computer safe or virus did came through please tell me help me man

Sounds like Avast identified the threat and blocked it, so you should be safe.
That said, better safe than sorry and it is always good to double check with other utilities as some utilities find things others don't.
The following utilities, which are free for non-commercial use (or at least were last time I checked) should be helpful in allaying your fears, google them and get direct from developers sites :-
ccleaner
malwarebytes
superantispyware
