I think face book is more personal to interact with friends. Twitter is used by celebrities and I think twitter gives more importance to these celebrities than you and me.

Facebook is better because you can keep in touch with your friends and relative at one place.
Twitter is not good. People reads Tweet of celebrities not of you.

Facebook and Twitter are based on totally separate concepts.
Where twitter is for people who want to get their thoughts/opinions across to the public in general without feeling the need for any direct contact with anyone, Facebook works on the idea of staying close to, staying in touch with specific people from your past and your friends in the present, and allows you to have a more interactive social experience with them.

Facebook is good for personal stuff and for your family/friends, Twitter is good for reading things that are funny or entertaining
