i have just started twitter and i cannot follow any more pepole, it says forbidden (on iphone app). i have 1047 followers and i am following 992 people (i do the follow for follow thing) also i have altogether probably followed 2000 people i delete unfollowers. pleaser can someone tell me the rules and how to get out of this! also how i can gain more followers thanks allot!

you can follow and unfollow 1000 people per days
