When those pro bitchs out there they make videos and at the end of the video it shows subscribe and twitter when i click it i sub how do i do that to my fucken videos

Use annotation links. To make the link for subscribing, do http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=[INSERT YOUR USERNAME HERE]
You can add pictures at the end and put annotations OVER them.
Also, it's a good idea to watch your language, if you want more people to answer.

You have to do that in your video editing program. Just add some text saying subscribe, possibly some text for a playlist and some logos for your social networking sites. At this point these icons won't actually be clickable. Once you've uploaded the video, just add annotations over the video.
