I want to download acouple of things on my Android tablet akp, but I can't without google play app store. How can I download google play??

Unfotunatelly you cant cause your tablet doesn't have Google's system configuration that's why you don't have google play. I had the same problem and i was very dissapointed until i found the 1mobile market http://www.1mobile.com/ which you can download for free on your device and works like a charm with over 200.000 apps. From there you can download any app you want including Facebook and Instagram and also update them.
