How can I get twitter followers, following and tweets to show as full figures rather than just 2k etc? Thanks

You have to be on a computer to show the complete number, not on a cellular device it won't show.

It does show fully depending on the device you are using. You will need to switch from your mobile or portable device and use a laptop, netbook, or iPad. It is just grouped when using a mobile cellular.
