ok umm i was wondering how do you view tweets like on a full screen i've seen people screen shot their tweets and its like taking up half of the screen idk how to explain it lol :3

Simple. When you see a tweet, it shows at what time it was submitted. This is actually a link. If you click the link example: "26 mins ago" It would show you the tweet full screen.
lol makes you wonder about all the other links you don't often use eh?
Also if you just type Twitter.com/logout in your browser, it can actually log you out. Fun fact
