I have a twitter account and I want Billie joe Armstrong to follow me. So can you even send a friend request on twitter? I want him to follow me sooooo badly!!!

There are not "friends" or friend requests on twitter. You can only follow people and ask them to follow back or they just follow you. I don't know who that guy you just said is but if he's famous then it's harder to get him to follow you back because everyone is tweeting him.

You can ask him to follow you, i'm not sure that would work though! You can't send a friend request on twitter but people can follow you.I'm a huge Green Day fan, i love Billie, but i don't think you can get him to follow you! He only follow's 4 people. EmilysArmy, ladygaga, billmaher, and michaelmoore. He doesn't follow everybody who asks. You can ask him something and he might answer, chances are slim, but he does answer some people!
