On twitter she tweeted "i'd change things if I could" and "if it's meant to be then it will happen at the RIGHT time". I asked her and she said it has nothing to do with us and our relationship? Should I be worried?

I don't think you should be worried, it's probably about other friendships between her and other friends. If you wanna make sure it has nothing to do with you, pay attention to her other tweets.
