People only retweet stuff they think it is worth retweeting - e.g. funny tweets, or informative ones. Are your tweets at the moment specific to you or in general? People are more likely to retweet things that apply tom ore than one person/are quite general.
But they decide whether they want to retweet it or not.

it's a bad idea to get rerweet by any short cut way. if you are qualified for that you will normally get that.
just increase your content quality. I think it'll take a great roll for that.
