There's a guy I met on twitter, he's really nice. He's 15, he lives in Lagos, Nigeria, and he likes to play football. (We're only friends), but yesterday he said that he wanted to come see me in Chicago. We live very far. I told him about my parents saying about meeting strangers online. I'm scared because If he see me than i will get into serious trouble. (I did not tell him about my personal information) What should I tell him without hurting his feelings.

Just say no. There maybe a handful of legit people, but 99.99% of people online claiming to be teenage boys\girls are old pedophiles who are good actors and send fake pictures.

You need to understand you have "met" no one and know nothing whatever about him. When you are worried about what to say to someone because you might hurt their feelings, you are allowing yourself to be manipulated. Do NOT do that.
