The profile picture (picture that comes up next to their name) is 73x73, how can I enlarge it? I don't have Twitter and don't wish to make one.
I just want to view it larger, like a Twitpic, so I can see it better.

You cannot tamper with somebody else's picture

you can't do that , unless you can access his/her account
