When I go to twitter on smartphone or tablet, it automaticly takes me to mobile version. Plus it doesn't offer full version nowhere on the page.

I don't know what kind of phone you have, but you could press a menu button or find your internet settings and tell it to view in classic mode instead of mobile. If that doesn't work, there definately should be some kind of option to view in normal mode on the website, you just have to look. Try going to the settings page on the website.
