I have a twitter account it follows a random person once in a while.. I dont know why!! Does this happen to anyone else? If so let me know..

my Twitter also does that when I noticed I just click then delete and unfollow them and then BlOck them

I've got a few that show up that I don't follow, and don't know why either. Sorry I can't explain for sure but they may have tweeted you directly. It drove me crazy when they started showing up. I've blocked the ones I don't want to see. And I double-check to make sure I'm not following them by some mistake or other.
