how do you make it so that it only shows your twitter name, your pic your Bio, but it doesn't show how many followers you have,and doesn't show how many posts you have and none of you actual posts. is that even possible to keep that stuff private?

No, it's not possible. Sorry!
If you're concerned about the privacy aspect of it, you should maybe rethink using twitter. It's not supposed to be like facebook (for you and friends and family), it's supposed to be a way to meet new people, and connect with strangers for the most part.
