Add a Page
Select REDIRECT from the dropdown menu
Page URL: http://pitchasnshit.tumblr.com/twitter
Redirect to: http://www.twitter.com/sydalyd

In your html code where you have the links check to see if it says <a href="www.twitter.com/sydalyd"
it should say <a href="http://www.twitter.com/sydalyd"
if the http isn't in there it assumes you are looking for a file on the server instead of a webpage.
