How do I change it from Tri-Tone to Glass? Same thing with Facebook notifications an etc...

Settings, TWITTER, and then the sounds part. I don't do twitter, but I had to set this up on a customers phone. If it's not under there, it's in the part where you change your ringtone in GENERAL.
