With the new youtube lay out its harder for people to find my videos, I make beauty videos (hair, make-up, fashion) does anyone have any tips on how to gain viewers and subscribers?

ok so... you already have more subs than me XD but its because you need more videos for one.
the more you have the easier it is for people to find you.
Also make sure you add lots of tags as they help users find the name of your clip.
Make sure your title isn't too long or has no key words in it because then no one will find you.
Also share you videos on your facebook (or twitter or anything that can share links/videos) the more websites the more people will see them
