Is there any way to send a TwitPic on Twitter without having a smart phone? I don't have internet on my phone so I can't email it, is there anyway I can send a picture message it will end up on Twitter? Thanks!
I'm saying a picture from my phone to post on Twitter.

Click on upload photos on the twitter page

You can send it to your email and download it on your computer through a computer.
Just instead of putting in a phone number to send to, put your email in. You don't need internet to send a picture to an email, email to email yes.
If not then there's no way unless Twitter has some number you can post it to, I know facebook has that.
