i have 3 twitter accounts, 2 i use and one account that failed so i dont go on it. the ones i use i can click on it to go on, but it says 'not following anyone' when i click on how many followers i have but it said '228' followers! my old failed account works fine too

Most probably that account got suspended.
Login that account from a computer & follow the instruction that given by twitter. It will be solved.
