I amost have 200k twitter followers, and I'm looking for a unique twitter name; my name is Cam, and obviously the person who created it doesn't have it. But who does own names, or who owns a lot of names that I could buy off someone?

You can buy "OG" twitter accounts (which is the slang term for rare accounts) off of forums sites like hackforums.net and leakforums.org. There are usually lots of people selling rare twitter names. Depending on how rare the name is will depend on the price (they can range anywhere from $10 and up)
These are the only forum sites that I've seen selling this kind of product.
