Okay so I made a twitter 2 days ago. And today It wouldn't let me tweet and I found out it has been suspended. I don't know why it was suspended I don't think I broke any rules or tweeted to much. So I filled out the form so twitter can looks over my account and find why it was suspended. It's supposed to take 3-5 days. So will I get my followers automatically back???? Will my account be the same when there done??

Yes it will be same but if you follow many people in a day then it could be decreases. Don't worry about it you can recover it day by day.
