My account got suspended! I contacted them yesterday and told them my issue. Then, they sent me an email telling me they would unsuspend my account. I still cannot get into it!

Twitter accounts are generally suspended for violation of Twitter Rules or for investigation if they suspect that an account has been hacked or compromised. Your account will soon get activated since they have already sent you a mail. For more details please visit support.twitter.com and visit 'suspended accounts' and know the procedure followed by Twitter for suspension and restoration.
