SEO takes time and patience. If you're doing it properly then don't worry, you'll get there. Along with SEO in terms of marketing your site you can use social media to promote your site, distribute your links to different posts over there. If you want quick results and can pay then you can go for Pay-Per-Click. But be warned, although effective, the costs can go really high really quick for PPC.

Do not try all the marketing methods for your website. First understand your business, goals and targeting audience, then choose a method which suits best for your business.
Dont know what kind of website you have and what type of business you are doing.
Try Google Adwords to drive more traffic to your website. PPC is always good for fast results.
This is suitable for almost any kind of website.

If you want to market your website, just do SEO for your website. Your site is local site, then give ads in TV, newspaper etc.
