i just created a twitter. i am logged out of facebook. under the people you should follow on twitter were a whole bunch of people from my school. ew. i dont' want to follow them. facebook is not connected to twitter. i dont' know why they're there, but i don't want to follow them and i don't want my twitter to show up under that for them too. is there a way to change this? why did twitter put people from my school there if facebook isn't connected to it? i DO NOT want my twitter affiliated with facebook.

Are you using the same e-mail address? I think that is the reason, try using another one and see if they still appear. : )
