I have an Instagram and no twitter but I looked at a guys Instagram and his twitter and so can he see if I looked at it ? Like thru Instagram? Even tho I don't have a twitter can you still find out? And also can you since it's the new iOS 6 on an iPhone 5? Like can he see I viewed his twitter from my Instagram account??

No he cannot. If he were some Computer Forensic Specialist, maybe, or even a good hacker, but there's a 99% chance he cannot see.

No he cannot. Instagram and Twitter do not have these features yet and it doesn't matter what type of iPhone he has, it's dependent on the website. Since Twitter and Instagram do not have these features, he cannot see that you looked at his page.
