I've already come across many questions regarding people willing to pay (seriously?) to get followers. Why? I thought I just know before I think those people are desperate for some sort of popularity that they do something like that.
Ah. Thanks. I guessed there was money involved. My opinion withdrawed!

The people who is willing to pay for followers is because, once they are really famous, he will advertise for other people and he will be earning 5x more $ than he spent!
Sometimes, when YOU pay for followers, they will get you some followers, but remember sometimes, those are really automatic robots who is there for following people not for actual tweets and stuff.
