then everyone started tweeting me smiles and winks and yeah,,,i have a idea of what it means but yeah

well poker face just means like keep a straight face.
coz when you play poker you dont want anyone to know your cards. So you have to play it cool and keep a straight face.
Not sure if thats what lady gaga means tho. Who knows lol. she is wierd. maybe they were just tweeting you winks coz they like that song too.

basically showing no facial expressions. if you were to tell a lie you wouldn't smile right? they would know that you were lying. you'd keep on a straight face. when you play poker. you put on a "poker face" so no one knows what's in your hand.

Normally, it would just mean a completely straight face.
But what Lady Gaga means is that she likes men but is fantasizing about women during sex.
That's what the whole song's about. She's admitted it in interviews and everything. The line "bluffin' with my muffin"? That means the same thing too.

Poker face means keeping a straight face or not showing any emotions. This is done when playing poker so the other players can't tell if you are having good or bad cards.
