How do you sync your face book contacts with your phone contact on the Samsung galaxy s2?

when i sign in it usually asks me

Install the FB app from the Market.
Press the FB icon then press the Menu key then scroll down to Other Settings.
Select Sync Contacts.
Select Sync all or Sync with existing contacts.
