im not sure what career ro choose i do have some time but iwanna do something with the fashion indusrty and more specifically cosmetics, but more of the buisness side, so what exactly is Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management. or any suggestions that i can do that has to do with cosmetics thats maybe more hands on but not a makeup artist

The marketing departments work with Product Development to come up with new color collections or fragrances. They design all the counters, the display units on the counters, the posters, the advertising campaigns, etc. They work on magazine and television advertising. They create promotions in store - whether there are models, makeup applications, stages with makeup demos, etc. They create online promotions - websites, contests, youtube channels, content for their Facebook page, etc. They work with PR agencies to get press coverage
