What diet and work out plan should I follow? - Crystal - 01-31-2013 05:15 PM I'm looking to lose about 10-15 pounds and also really tone up my stomach arms and abs. Does anyone have a diet or food plan and work schedule I can follow? And in trying to tone up as quick as I can. Because my thighs are my target area because I have natural thunder thighs haha. Can anyone offer any advice? - Beautifull - 01-31-2013 05:23 PM Hey! Basically there is no secret to losing those 10-15 pounds and toning up. But here's the keys and basic Do's/Donts: Don't: Eat fried food Eat carb-rich foods Desserts Very salty foods (causes bloating) Very sugary treats (Sugar is the devil) Binge eat when you're bored Etc... Do: Workout for 30-60 mins If not, go for a run or do an intense 30 minute high interval training. Try to workout 6 days a week and take one day off. Drink lots of water like 6-8 cups a day! There's many advantages to drinking water it cleanses your body, clears and hydrates skin too! Squats!!!!! Tones the butt. It works wonders.
