I know on twitter alone you can't crop pictures, but is there any apps on the android market that will not let you crop pictures and place that pic on twitter? Thanks!

Yes its true that you cant crop picture on Twitter, But if you one a Simple Android Application to crop picture and do other editing to you picture, I would suggest you 'Photo Editor' ( http://goo.gl/NeP1j ) .
