So, what's it mean if there is a little comment thing in the right hand corner of somebodies tweet? & How do I look at the tweet's that I've been mentioned in? I can't figure it out. I'm so used to Facebook.

Not sure what you mean about the whole comment thing, but you go to your timeline and click the '@____' (your user name) tab to see your mentions.
