I have a youtube account and i synced it up to my twitter. But i made a new twitter account afterwards to help promote my channel. Is it possible to sync my twitter up with youtube again but not with my old account?

Go to your settings on Twitter or Youtube and de-sync your accounts. Then re-sync with your new one
