Hi,
Me and a two friends want to start a charity called Tira Foundation
our charity will be to help ill children meet or get noticed by their idols.
We know that their are a lot of rules and have to get registered but we dont know where to start and would love it if you could help us!

MMMMM... How about writing to a talk show host like Ellen, Dr oz etc. Or go on the news... or on a radio station... All explaining which your plans are...

know what i know would work is that if you wrote a big long letter to ellen degeneres
i have seen stuff like your exact thing and it has been granted.
WHen this happens I KNOW it will i better be on that list
