Use any social media you have access to to publicize it. Post it on your facebook/twitter/other. Send your friends personal messages asking them to vote, explaining the importance. Depending on how much time you have, maybe you could get everyone at your work place on board.
But it can be annoying to receive emails begging you to vote for something. So make sure you explain the importance, etc.
