I just started twitter so I have no followers, but I am following. Hoe to I write to someone I am following? Also if someone I'm following isn't following me, how do they know when I ask them something. Please help!!

ok, ive been on twitter since may this year and i know it inside out, Q.1, to write TO someone your following, you go to their page and click on the reply button next their tweet.
Q.2 When they go to their reply page, it on the right hand side tab above the direct messages thing, they will see it there
