Like of somebody retweets me and that person is following them will the be able to see it and get on my profile?

Hi Mo, If you block someone, there is no way to you by them.
If someone retweet your tweets still they won't see that it was retwerted by you.
But if they make an another profile, they will able to see if the person who retweeted your tweets is followed by them.
