I dont use twitter or have one. My question is whether if i searched someone just on goggle and pressed on their twitter read their tweets could they possibly know that im looking? Remember i dont have a twitter account. It seems impossible since anyone could search them so how could they track every person that searches them down....but im just curious because I asked around the net but i found no specific answer. thank you in advance!!

Nope. Even if you did have a Twitter account they still wouldn't know. Twitter doesn't alert users of profile views or anything. You're safe to lurk all you want!
