Some guy I know on twitter has this on his profile... I am too shy to ask him... but I just don't get what this picture means... any ideas??? LOL (I think its a favourite actress of his or something)

Idk who that girl is, but that is moderately creepy...Maybe it's some kind of inside joke or something
