So one of my friends follows me on twitter and I follow them, they asked a question on it and I answered, but after that I didn't see them tweet at all (they normally tweet a lot) when I looked on their page it said they had reetweeted something and sent a tweet to one of their friend that I don't know. It said they did this 9 hours ago but when I looked on my feed neither of them were there... Have they blocked me?

You can't. Make another ACCOUNT, and add him or her, then check him or hers friendslist.

One someone blocked you on Twitter, you can still see their page, but you unable to follow them. Once you hit Follow, it will tell you they've blocked you. You can still tweet them, but they will not receive your tweet.
