I just made a Twitter account, and I confirmed my e-mail and all, but I CAN'T CHANGE MY BACKGROUND AND HEADER?!?!?!?!?!
I mean, I upload the background I want, but I see nothing!
Please, help! How can I change my header?

Update the browser to the latest version to get things fixed.
