I'm new to twitter. I was wondering how I should use it. Am I suppose to follow anyone? How do I get a lot of followers? What do I post? How many hash tags do I use on one post? Please help me use this. Like I asked above do I follow just anyone?

Follow people who interest you. People will follow you if you interest them. "Retweet" (RT) tweets that you enjoy and people will RT you if they enjoy yours. Same theory for "favorating" (which is the star). "Direct messages" DMs are like mail, almost like Inboxing on Facebook. Don't hash tag to much you'll look like a drip, only important things that "trend" such as #XFactorFinals etc, don't be like..
