I had a twitter account and the tweets that I've made come up when I google my name. I've deleted my account but they are still there.
Also, i commented on a group/page on facebook and that comes up aswell. I've deleted that comment but it still comes up!
Any suggestions?

Well, see if you can get you Twitter back and then change your name if you can, or contac them and explain (nicley) what you want done.
On any other accounts that you still have, go in and change your name.
What you want to do (in Internet terms) is "bury" yourself.

Also, in the future, create an Alias name to do your thing!
